Journaling 1. 2025

Let's focus on the things we can control and let go of the rest.

When I need a break, I'll watch Netflix or indulge in my favorite treats like ice cream or chocolatos. 

I'll let go of grudges and negativity, and instead, surround myself with positivity and loved ones. 

I'll share laughter and love with parents and friends, and invite them over for a cozy dinner.

When I need guidance, I'll turn to a higher power and pour out my heart. 

I trust that answers will come in time. 

Instead of worrying about the future, I'll focus on doing my best in the present. 

I'll remember that good deeds can bring good fortune and positivity into my life.
