                         Several Reasons Why Some High School Graduates are Unable to Read

         There are several reasons why some high school graduates are unable to read. First of all, it is because of parents' failure. They do not have enough time to teach their children at home, even just to accompany their children in studying or helping them on making their homework. They are too busy with their carrier. Thus, there's no time for being together with their children. Second reason is failure of the schools. The school gives less attention to the student whose ability is lacking on reading. Also, there is no special treatment for them from the teacher. The teacher treat them in the same way as student who has good reading ability. The third and the final reason is failure of students themselves. They waste the learning process of reading when they are in elementary school by their ignorant attitude. When their friends study seriously, they do not pay attention to their teacher. Another thing, it is because of their laziness on reading practices or exercises. They are not willing to train their reading ability by finding any interesting materials by themselves.
